Reconnect Your Family in France
The Family Reunion Visa is for the spouse and minor children of a non-EU national who has been legally residing in France for at least 18 months. It allows your family to join you and share your status as a legal resident of France.
Who is Eligible?
- Spouse: Husband or wife of the primary resident (must be 18+).
- Minor Children: Biological or adopted children under 18 years old.
Key Requirements
- The primary resident must have a valid residence permit and have lived in France for at least 18 months.
- Sufficient and stable financial resources for the entire household.
- Adequate housing in France meeting surface area and comfort standards.
- Absence of any threat to public order or safety.
Note: Separate rules apply if you hold a **Talent Passport** (family can often join immediately without the 18-month wait).
